About Nagpur

About the Institution
Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management (RCOEM), Nagpur was established in 1984 with a mission to impart quality education in the field of engineering and management. It is NAAC Accredited, Autonomous, ISO 9000:2015 Certified Institution. It is running nine undergraduate engineering programs, five post graduate programs, MCA, MBA and is a recognized place of research. All the ranking agencies have ranked it consistently one of the best unaided private colleges in Maharashtra.
About the Department
The Department of Industrial Engineering was established in 1984. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Industrial Engineering. The undergraduate program has been accredited for a period of 6 years and postgraduate program has also accredited by NBA. It is well known across the region for excellent facilities, research and development potential in the areas of logistics, supply chain, quality and reliability. The Department has vibrant student bodies such as Industrial Engineering Society (IES) and Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE), the Nagpur Chapter.
